Janette Rallison, who writes also under the pen names C. J. Hill and Sierra St. James, is the author of romance and science fiction novels.
She began writing at the age of six. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English teaching at Brigham Young University. She published her first novels through an Latter-day Saint publisher (she is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rallison wrote for a national audience with her young adult romantic comedies with The Fairy Godmother series. She wrote numerous stand-alone novels including The Girl Who Heard Demons; How I Met Your Brother; Son of War, Daughter of Chaos; My Double Life; Revenge of the Cheerleaders; How to Take the Ex Out of Ex-Boyfriend; Fame, Glory, and Other Things on My To-Do List; and Playing the Field.
