Margot Hovley: Mormon Author

Margot Hovley is a department editor for the Ensign magazine, a publication of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, of which she is a member. She has published The End Begins series (Glimmering Light and Sudden Darkness), and contributed short stories to the anthologies With Wondering Awe, Remembering the Joy of Christmas, and A Mother’s Prayer: Inspiring True Stories to Warm the Heart. She has published many short stories elsewhere. She is an expert with Scrivener, a writing app.

She was raised in rural Washington State and lives in Utah with her family. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
