Jasen Ah You is an Executive Coordinator of Recruiting and Player Personnel at [[Brigham Young University]]. He is also Director of Athletic Relations.

He was a defensive coordinator and defensive line coach at Westlake High School from 2011 to 2015; defensive administrative assistant at the University of Utah from 2007 to 2010, defensive line coach at Snow College from 2004 to 2007. 

Jasen holds a Master of Public Administration from BYU’s Marriott School of Business. He and his wife, Joann, have two children.
