A type of [[Sacrament Meeting]] in which no speakers are assigned to speak. Rather, members from the ward are encouraged to go up and to bear their [[Testimony | testimonies]]. Fast and Testimony Meeting occurs on [[Fast Day]], which is usually the first Sunday of the month.
