'''Janet Kinkade''' is the creator of Jewel Kade artisan jewelry and décor. Her company was bought in December 2014 and is now known as JK by Thirty-One. Kinkade will continue as the principal jewelry designer.

Kinkade grew her passion for jewelry design into a home business in 2008. She began selling to friends and in boutiques and seasonal shows, eventually holding parties in her home. In 2009, her company rapidly expanded into a national brand that employed 1,500 stylists in network marketing in the U.S. and Canada. She appeared on The Today Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, ABC News, and American Idol.
