'''Marcus B. Nash''' is a [[General Authority]] [[Seventy]] of [http://comeuntochrist.org The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints] and was sustained on April 1, 2006. He had been serving as an Area Authority since 2001. He had served in the presidency of the South America West Area, president of the South America West Area, and president of the South America Northwest Area.

On January 17, 2024, the [[First Presidency]] announced that he had been appointed to serve in the [[Presidency of the Seventy]] and was sustained at general conference on April 6, 2024.

Nash, born on March 26, 1957, is a native of Seattle, Washington. He and his wife, Shelley, whom he knew since childhood, are the parents of five children. Before their marriage, he served as a [[Missionary|missionary]] in the El Salvador San Salvador Mission.

He earned both a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a law degree from [[Brigham Young University]]. He was an attorney and partner in the law firm of Stafford, Fray, Cooper.
