Val Chadwick Bagley is a cartoonist and illustrator.
He is an editorial cartoonist for the Salt Lake Tribune. He has also illustrated many Latter-day Saint children's books and has contributed cartoons to the New Era.
Brother Bagley has also written several cartoon books. Some of these are board books aimed at conveying the basic notions of the gospel to very young children.
