Julie Daines is an award-winning and bestselling author of such novels as Willowkeep, Eleanor and the Iron King, Unraveled, and A Blind Eye. She is also coauthor of A Storybook Romance (with Melanie Jacobson and Jennifer K. Clark). Eleanor and the Iron King was a Whitney Award Finalist in 2015. She describes herself as the author of young adult and adult fiction “with serious, emotional themes mixed with a touch of magic, humor, and of course, love.”[1]
Haines was born in Concord, Massachusetts and was raised in Utah. She lived in London for eighteen months where she developed a love for English literature in London. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
