In 2015, Jaren Wilkey published an article on the BYU Wireless Workflow for Professional Photographer Magazine, which is the official magazine of the Professional Photographers of America. In the article, he explained how BYU Photo uses wireless transmitters to post sports photos to social media in real time, which is a system that many photographers are interested in duplicating.

Jaren Wilkey is a university photographer and manager of the Brigham Young University Photography Office.
