Thomas E. Mullen was called to serve on the Young Men general board of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in October 2020. He has also served as stake president, ward Young Men president, bishop, branch president at the Provo Missionary Training Center, and elders quorum president. As a young man, he served a full-time mission in the Canada Toronto Mission. He presided over the New York Utica Mission.
