Grandpa Bill cited Ensign and Church News articles about the General Authorities as well as historical records of the Church of Jesus Christ for some of the older brethren. There was also a history of the various quorums. There was also news and notes from recent General Conferences. Grandpa Bill used personal testimonies and experiences from various leaders of the Church he knows personally, as well as other church-related material on his site.
Wikipedia and several other online sources quoted Grandpa Bill when they source articles relating to brethren who serve as General Authorities.
At the beginning of 2023, the website was no longer functioning. One internet source named William O. Lewis, III as the creator of Grandpa Bill's General Authority page.[1] He died on July 10, 2021.
