The Hill Ephraim is a location briefly mentioned in the Book of Mormon. Specifically in the Book of Ether, it is the location where Shule, while in captivity, used molten steel to make arms for his army to fight his brother Corihor, who overthrew their father Kib and placed him in captivity. Shule succeeded in his efforts, eventually overthrowing his brother and restoring his father to the throne. For this, Shule was granted the kingdom by his father. (See Ether 7:9.)
