The Book of Mormon
Seth is a character briefly mentioned in the Book of Mormon. In the Book of Ether, he is the son of the king of the Jaredites, Shiblon, and likely heir to the throne. His father Shiblon, however, was slain on account of the rebellion of Seth's uncle. After his father was slain, Seth was placed in captivity and there lived out the rest of his life.[1]

He is noted in the genealogy listed in the Book of Ether as being a father of Ahah and the son of Shiblon.[2]
