In the [[Book of Ether]] (chapter 7) in the [[Book of Mormon]], we learn that [[Corihor]] was the son of [[Kib]]. He was an evil man. When he was thirty-two years old he rebelled against his father Kib, and went over and dwelt in the land of Nehor. There he had many sons and daughters who became exceedingly fair.  Their attractiveness and charisma helped Corihor to draw away many people after him.
