'''Zenephi''' was a [[Nephites|Nephite]] army leader in the great and last battle between the Nephites and the Lamanites. In the [[Book of Moroni]], [[Moroni]] copies a second letter written by his father [[Mormon]] prior to being killed by the [[Lamanites]]. In the letter he explains how Zenephi added to the plight of the widows of Sherrizah. Having fled to a tower, the Lamanites came and killed all the men of the town. Then they cruely forced the women and children to eat their fathers' flesh and little else. As the [[Lamanites]] left, they took the majority of the town's food supply with them.
