Jeff Decker is a sculptor of motorcycles and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Mormon Church. Decker's parents were bracket racers, and he grew up in the Southern California car culture of the 1960's. He's a collector of anything fast and well-built. He's also an accomplished mechanic.
