Elliot Johnson is a former American professional baseball player. He played for the Cleveland Indians, the Atlanta Braves, the Kansas City Royals, and the Tampa Bay Rays. He also played with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization with the AAA Oklahoma City Dodgers.

Johnson signed with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays on June 29, 2002, as a non-drafted free agent and played with the rookie-level Princeton Devil Rays. On February 5, 2013, he was designated for assignment and on February 12 was acquired by the Kansas City Royals. He was designated for assignment on August 15 and released four days later. On August 22, 2013, he was claimed off waivers by the Atlanta Braves, where he played for one season before he became a free agent.
