Roberta Shore is a singer and actor, best known for her three seasons costarring on the television show, “The Virginian.” She was one of the teen stars in Disney productions such as The Shaggy Dog, Annette Funicello’s show “Annette,” and worked with the Mouseketeers, although she never was one. Her television credits also include The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, The Donna Reed Show, Father Knows Best, The New Bob Cummings Show, Maverick, Wagon Train, The Tall Man, Laramie, Playhouse 90, The Lawrence Welk Show, The Jack Benny Program, and The Bob Hope Show. Shore played the role of Nancy Drew in a television pilot that was not picked up.

She also appeared in films A Summer Place, Blue Denim, Because They’re Young, The Young Savages, and Lolita (in an uncredited role). She recorded numerous times with Lawrence Welk and the Tutti Commerata orchestra for Walt Disney. Her yodeling is part of the “It’s a Small World” Disneyland attraction.
