Horacio Antonio Tenorio was a General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Second Quorum of the Seventy from April 1, 1989 to October 1, 1994.

Tenorio was the first General Authority of Mexican ancestry. He was born in Mexico City, Mexico, on March 6, 1935. He was baptized in 1969 and served as a bishop, branch president, bishop’s counselor, stake president, patriarch, Regional Representative, and president of the Mexico Torreon Mission.
