K. Brett Nattress was sustained as a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 2, 2016. He was serving as president of the Arizona Gilbert Mission at the time of his call. He has also served as stake president, Area Seventy, bishop, and ward and stake Young Men president. He was a full-time missionary in the California Sacramento Mission.
He was born on March 4, 1965, in Pocatello, Idaho, and grew up on a farm in Lehi, Utah. He earned a degree in physical therapy from the University of Utah and cofounded Advanced Health Care Corporation and Advanced Health Care Management.
He and his wife, Shawna, are the parents of seven children.
