Jacob “Jake” Spiker Gibb is an Olympic athlete and competed in beach volleyball at the 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020 Olympic Games. At the 2016 Olympics, Gibb and partner Casey Patterson tied for 19th place. He finished fifth with partner Sean Rosenthal at both the 2012 and 2008 Olympic Games. He was the oldest beach volleyball player in the Tokyo Olympics.

Gibb was born on February 6, 1976, in Bountiful, Utah. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He and his wife, Jane, are the parents of two children. He earned a degree in business from the University of Utah.
