-She was born on October 21, 1811 at Churchtown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, to Stephen and Isabella Norris Cook. She married John Reid Blanchard in 1844 and they had four children.
-She left Nauvoo with the Saints in 1848 and lived for a time in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. She came to Utah Territory by 1854 and lived in Box Elder County until she settled in Farmington, Davis County, in 1860.
