LDS.net is a Mormon-centric website designed like an upscale online magazine. Mounted by everyday members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, those who designed the site hope friends of other faiths will eavesdrop and like what they see. The site welcomes submissions of articles, art, video, humor, etc., and aggregates content appealing to Mormons from around the web.
Departments on LDS.net include Buzz (Humor, News, Opinion, Events, Entertainment, Culture, Sports, Life Hacks, Holidays); Faith (Teaching, Belief, Mormon Living, People, Relief Society, Service, Mormon History, Apologetics, General Conference); Family (Relationships, Parenting, Family History, Internet Safety, Resources, and Temples); and Hasten (LDS Share, Member Missionaries, Mission Field, Mission Prep). The website also has a lively and active forum with a wide assortment of special interest groups.
LDS.net was formally launched at the end of March 2014. Its audience has been growing exponentially.
