Frank Richardson is a former military chaplain and Vietnam veteran. He had a career as an administrator for Welfare Services for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, of which he is a member.
Richardson earned his PhD in communication from the University of Washington. He teaches public speaking at Weber State University where he is adjunct faculty. He is also the author of three novels, Where the Sun Rises (2009), Sudden Peril (2011), and Deadly Secrets (2015).
