Brad E. Petersen is the owner of Chef Brad Enterprizes, a teaching and motivational company based in Mesa, Arizona. He is the star of Fusion Grain Cooking, a cooking show that aired on BYUtv. He is also known as “America’s Grain Guy.” Petersen has published six cookbooks and teaches classes and training events. He has been a popular presenter at BYU Education Week.
He is a spokesperson for companies such as Wondermill/Wondermix, Bosch, and Thermador.
Petersen starting cooking at home when his mother worked nights. At the age of 12, he worked weekends and summers at a coffee shop. He has done everything in the food and beverage industry, including washing dishes, catering, management, and chef. He began teaching classes while working in a consulting job for a food storage business and has spent over twenty years traveling throughout the United States teaching about whole grains.
Petersen is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is married with five children.
