Phebe Mariette Wheeler Olney Hatch was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a founding member of the Female Relief Society of Nauvoo. She was appointed assistant secretary on March 17, 1842.

She was born on June 20, 1804, and married Oliver H. Olney[1] on October 19, 1843. After her husband died, she married Wilder Hatch in Salt Lake City in August 1868. She lived in Wanship, Utah, between 1870 and 1880. She died in Bountiful, Utah, on February 3, 1899.
