At the general conference leadership session on Thursday, April 4, 2024, 64 new Area Seventies were announced and presented for a sustaining vote. Elder Rockwood was called to serve in the Twelfth Quorum (Utah Area). He had been serving as stake presidency counselor of the Draper Utah YSA Stake
