In almost every organization in the church, a presidency is called to lead. A presidency usually consists of a president and two counselors, and a secretary. The secreatry may or may not play and advisory role to the president. The president is called by the leader in authority above them. The president then chooses his or her conselors and secretary.Presidencies go from the [[First Presidency]] in charge of the entire church all the way down to individual [[Young Men]] and [[Young Women]] presidencies in charge of very small groups of teenagers (typically less then 17).
