The definition of doctrine is teachings. So Mormon Doctrine would be teachings of the Mormon Church.
The list of teachings of the church is quite lengthy. For a core set of teachings, look at Gospel Principles.
The best source for the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints is their website
