Rebecca R. Merrill coaches executives and is the author and coauthor of several books: Starfish Leaders, Living in Yes, First Things First (with Stephen R. Covey and A. Roger Merrill), Connections: Quadrant II Time Management (with A. Roger Merrill), and Life Matters: Creating a Dynamic Balance of Work, Family, Time, and Money (with A. Roger Merrill). She contributed to Smart Trust and assisted Covey with The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
