Larry S. Kacher is a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was sustained on April 5, 2014.

He is a retired organizational development specialist, human resource development manager, and manager consultant.

Kacher was born on February 12, 1952, in Mankato, Minnesota, and was raised in Bloomington. He received both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ while a student at BYU.
