Stephen S. Francis is a professor and scholar who specializes in Renaissance and Reformation European history.
Francis is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as a full-time missionary in Switzerland. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Weber State University in Utah in 1991. He went on to receive both his master’s and doctorate from Arizona State University. Francis is an associate professor of history at Weber State University. He is also a student advisor and honors advisor.
