Gordon Harold Jolley is a former American professional football player. He played for seven season with NFL teams the Detroit Lions (1971–1975) and the Seattle Seahawks (1976–1977).

He played football, basketball, and baseball for Granite High School. He played football at the University of Utah, where he was an All-Conference offensive lineman. After playing professional football, he was offensive coordinator at Dixie State University from 1985 to 2005 and head baseball coach from 1985 to 1995. He was the chair of Dixie College’s physical education department and was a faculty member in the institution’s mathematics department until his retirement in 2017.

Jolley was inducted into the Utah Sports Hall of Fame in 2008.

His son, Doug Jolley, also played for the NFL.
