Sione Sonasi "Bo" Po'uha is a former American football defensive tackle for the New York Jets. He was drafted in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft. After appearing in fourteen games as a rookie, he missed all of the 2006 season due to tearing an ACL during training camp. During the 2007 season, he played each game and started in one. He also played the entire 2008 season.

In 2009, he was the back-up defensive tackle until he became the starting nose tackle. Po'uha achieved multiple career highs, starting a career-high fourteen games and making a career 61 tackles, 34 of which were solo. He also assumed the position of nose tackle in 2010; both times resulting from starter Kris Jenkins’ ACL injuries.

During the 2012 season, he was diagnosed with a back strain, which caused him to miss games. He was released on March 12, 2013.

Po'uha began a coaching career at the University of Utah as a student-assistant coach in 2015 and 2016. In 2017, he was director of football player development. In 2018, he became the defensive tackles coach at the U.S. Naval Academy. He returned to Utah as the defensive line coach for the 2019 season. He announced his retirement on January 11, 2022.

Po'uha is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission to Pittsburgh. He and his wife, Keiti Kaufusi Po'uha, have four children.
