Revision as of 16:57, 10 October 2024

The El Paso Texas Temple was among the seventeen new temples announced by President Russell M. Nelson during the October 2024 General Conference. The El Paso Texas Temple will be the state’s 10th temple.[1]

Latter-day Saints in El Paso are part of the Ciudad Juarez Mexico Temple district, which means having a temple recommend and a passport to cross the United States-Mexican border for temple travel that can be time consuming and complicated. [2]

Location

The Maputo Mozambique Temple is currently in the planning stages. Location details are forthcoming.
