DumbComputer -- Thanks for this. I have a question regarding doctrine, however. I believe the council in heaven was not to choose whom the Father would send, but to ratify or give common consent to the already-chosen Jehovah. I've made some small revisions to your text, but have not corrected that. I wonder whether you could verify the doctrine and make the revision, if necessary. I can't find my original references now, but I remember reading that Lucifer submitted his plan because he knew he wouldn't be able to endure the personal sacrifice which Jesus was prepared to offer. Does this ring a bell to anyone? Jimmiller 17:29, 23 March 2008 (UTC)

Personally, I have never heard that. It does not necessarily contradict any doctrine that I have understand, but I would have to see the reference to form any more of a personal opinion.
