Fast and Testimony Meeting

A type of Sacrament Meeting in which no speakers are assigned to speak. Rather, members from the ward are encouraged to go up in front of the congregation and to bear their testimonies. Fast and Testimony Meeting occurs on Fast Sunday, which is usually the first Sunday of the month.
