Ned B. Roueché served as a General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was sustained a member of the Second Quorum of the Seventy from April 1998 to October 2005. He has served as president of the Venezuela Barcelona Mission, a member of an advisory committee in the Missionary Department, counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, temple worker, Scout leader, and missionary.

Roueché was born on August 5, 1934, in Kaysville, Utah. His family was inactive as he was growing up, but one year prior to departing on his mission to Mexico, he was asked to help with a floor show at an MIA dance and decided to go to church on Sunday. He said “began attending and never quit.”[1]
