Kurt Francom is the executive director of Leading Saints and Latter-day Saint podcaster and speaker. He is most known as the Executive Director of Leading Saints and the host of the podcast. Leading Saints is an online resource and community to help members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to be better prepared to lead in their callings as lay leaders and any other leadership role in life.

He is also an adjunct professor at Ensign College.

Francom holds a bachelor’s degree from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. He previously worked as an adjunct professor at Ensign College, Director of Sales and Marketing for Fiddler Online, which he owned with his business partner, Tevya Washburn, who passed away in 2020. After graduating from college he worked as Western Region Business Director for Young Living Essential Oils. He and his wife, Alanna, are the parents of three children. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has served as a bishop, elders quorum president, counselor in a stake presidency, bishopric counselor, high priest group leader, executive secretary, and full-time missionary in the California Sacramento Mission (Spanish speaking).

He was raised in West Valley City, Utah. He graduated from Granger High School in 2000. He earned an associate degree from Utah Valley University in art and visual communications. He is also a caricature artist and owner of the This Week in Mormons podcast.
