Set Apart

Being Set Apart is the final step to acquiring a church calling. It refers to the ordinance of having a church leader lay his hands upon the member and pronouncing a blessing of guidance and direction for the calling. Being set apart occurs after you have accepted an invitation to serve and having the members who you will be serving sustain you in your calling.
