Horacio Antonio Tenor was a General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Second Quorum of the Seventy from April 1, 1989 to October 1, 1994.

Tenorio was the first General Authority of Mexican ancestry. He was born in Mexico City, Mexico, on March 6, 1935. He was baptized in 1969 and served as a bishop, branch president, bishop’s counselor, stake president, patriarch, regional representative, and president of the Mexico Torreon Mission. He was president of the Monterrey Mexico Temple from 2007 to 2010.

He and his wife, Maria Teresa, are the parents of three daughters. He worked as a manager of purchasing and sales for an electrical cable company and then was manager of purchasing and later director of materials management for the Church in Mexico. He later started two distributing businesses.
