The adage "When life hands you lemons, you make lemonade" is the motivation behind the YouTube channel Working with Lemons.

Robbie Bagley and family and friends create and post Disney-themed videos. Their version of Frozen’s “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” amassed over 86 million views on YouTube. Since then, the video has been seen by more than 480 million viewers. The idea came to him after he watched the animated movie, which is based on the Hans Christian Anderson tale "The Snow Queen." Bagley negotiated a deal with Disney that gives his family the rights to make his Disney-themed videos with a share of the revenue going to Disney.

To make their first video, Bagley and his mother, Jeane Bourne, just decided to give it a try. "Each family member helped with the production, pulling together items they had around the house. His mother created a costume for his sister Mia from the scraps in her sewing kit. Bagley handled the recording and audio. To record Mia, they used a microphone from the video game "Rock Band," free software on Garage Band, and a "pop filter" constructed from a hanger and some nylon tights. After the success of the first video, they were able to improve costumes.[1]

The channel has over three million subscribers and over one billion views. Bagley and his family are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
