Stacey Harkey is an actor, sketch comedian, and original cast member of BYUtv’s Studio C. He was a featured performer for the first four seasons and then became a regular cast member. As of December 2018, the Studio C YouTube channel had more than 2 million subscribers. In August 2018, Harkey and fellow original cast members announced they would finish the ninth season of Studio C then move on to a new digital media network called JK! Studios. He was part of the sketch actors who performed in NBC's "Bring the Funny" in 2019.

Harkey was born on August 19, 1981, and was raised in Texas. He performed in "Divine Comedy," a sketch comedy group, at Brigham Young University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in public relations.

At the end of 2018, Harkey posted a message on his Facebook page declaring that he is gay. Part of his message explained why he chose to come out publicly:

"I debated for quite some time if this was an announcement I should make publicly or if I should just quietly live my life and let it be. I knew telling the world my 30-year-old secret would open me up to a lot of potential criticism, backlash and pain . . .
“But did you know that Utah has the highest suicide rate amongst LGBT teens? Did you know there are soo many people in this community that are soo scared and unsupported that they feel the BEST alternative to living is death? So many people are living quiet lives afraid and unsure of themselves and I’m coming out for them.
“I’m coming out so they know they’re not alone. I’m coming out in hopes that at least one LGBT teen feels like they have support. I’m coming out because I have a unique position in this community and no matter how much criticism comes my way it will be worth it if just one person avoids suicide or just feels better about themself.”
