Ron Harrison

Ron Harrison is Global Design Officer for Marriott’s Global Design, part of Marriott International. He is responsible for overseeing company architectural and interior design, construction management, and procurement related services for all acquisition, conversion, renovation, and new construction projects. 

Harrison joined Marriott International in 1982. He has also served as Senior Vice President of the Full Service Domestic Design and Project Management Program; President of Marriott Lodging, Canada; Regional Vice President of Renaissance Hotels; Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis; Vice President of Worldwide Reservations; General Manager at the flagship JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

He holds an MBA from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He and his wife, Debbie Marriott Harrison, are the parents of five children.
