Talk:Celestial marriage

Doctrine & Covenants, Section 132 (esp. verse 26) seems to contradict some of the ideas about celestial marriage that the author of this article has written.

First, Hasentw it's generally good procedure to leave a signature on a talk page. (You can just type your username out if you like, but the easy way is to add "~~~~" at the end of your post.) I can still check the history to see who you were, but it's like talking to you behind a curtain.

That is an interesting verse. I don't think that I'm aware of any official statements fleshing that verse out in any detail. There are certainly some interesting thoughts there to be interwoven into our understanding of judgement, justice, and salvation. What do you see as being the contradiction and how does it differ from the way you are understanding things based on section 132? (These would be fundamental questions to resolving the apparent contradiction.) --Seanmcox 09:48, 16 August 2007 (MDT)
