Spencer Taggart

Spencer Taggart is a business social media and marketing specialist. He has worked at LDS Business College since 2013, first as faculty and then from July 2014 to the present as director of marketing and social media.

Taggart was cofounder and chief strategist for Social Stewards for over a year. He was the cofounder and chief marketing officer of Taggart Land from 2005 to 2013. He was also CEO with Social Commerce Institute from 2011 to 2013. He was global marketing manager with Blendtec from 2010 to 2012. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Utah and his MBA in business development and marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served a full-time mission to Guatemala from 1999 to 2001. He had the opportunity to serve as a social services missionary in the Philippines when he was thirteen years old.
