Julio E. Dávila is a former General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Second Quorum of the Seventy from 1991 to 1996.

Dávila was born on May 23, 1832, in Bucaramanga, Colombia, and raised in Cartagena. He married Mary Zapata in 1958 after meeting her in Bogotá. They are the parents of two daughters.

He joined the Church in 1968 and served as branch president and counselor in a district presidency. He became the first president of the Bogotá Stake, formed in 1977. He presided over the Colombia Cali Mission from 1981 to 1984.

Dávila worked in the publishing industry. He also worked for the Church Educational System.
