Clark Goble Mormon Physicist

Clark Goble is vice president of Amano Artisan Chocolate, an international award-winning chocolate maker that supplies artisan chocolate to retailers and chefs. Unlike most of the chocolate made in the United States, Amano Chocolate is made from cocoa beans. He and business partner Art Pollard have acquired several pieces of European equipment to manufacture chocolate. They have also designed and built machinery they have been unable to find. In January 2016, the New York Times selected Amano Artisan Chocolate as the best chocolate in America. The company has been awarded dozens of first place awards in national and international competitions.

Goble is also part owner and vice president of Lextek International, a software company whose products are in use on many home and business computers.

He grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. After serving a full-time mission to Louisiana for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he studied physics, mathematics, and philosophy at Brigham Young University. He often writes about his varied interests on various blogs.
