Yoshihiko Kikuchi is an emeritus General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was sustained as a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy on October 1, 1977, and was designated emeritus status on October 1, 2011. During his service, he was president of the Tokyo Japan Temple and president of the Hawaii Honolulu Mission.

He was born on July 25, 1941, in Horoizumi, Hokkaido, Japan. His father was killed by an American submarine attack two weeks before the end of World War II. When Latter-day Saint missionaries from America wanted to teach him the gospel, he wanted nothing to do with them, but he listened to their message and was baptized at age sixteen. At age nineteen, he served a full-time mission to the Northern Far East Mission. He also filled a one-year Church building mission in Japan.

He graduated from Tokyo Asia University with a degree in business psychology and management. He owned an export/import company. He was working as regional manager for Rena-Ware Distributors Company at the time of his call to full-time Church service.

He and his wife, Toshiko Koshiya, are the parents of four children.
