Geoff Groberg
Geoff Groberg is a bluegrass and folk musician who plays piano, bass, guitar, and banjo. He also plays an assortment of percussion instruments. He arranges music, performs with bands including Lincoln Highway, Miles to Go, and Fire on the Mountain. He also repairs, builds, and modifies instruments. He has recorded several CDs of early American hymns with his collaborator, Mark Geslison.
Groberg earned his bachelor’s degree in film and media arts (minor in music) from Brigham Young University and is pursuing a a Master of Fine Arts degree in documentary film and media from Wake Forest University. He is a freelance creative professional.
He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a full-time mission to England where he grew to love the traditional folk music of the British Isles.
